Raha

Tohid lives with his family under financially unstable conditions. His daughter Raha, an animation student, loses her laptop just before an important project deadline. Forced by circumstances, she cuts and sells her hair to afford a replacement. However, the purchase of a used laptop triggers unexpected conflicts with a wealthy family claiming ownership of the device — exposing social inequality, power dynamics, and the fragile balance within Tohid’s family. The film won the Best Film Award at the Italian festival Alice nella Città in Rome in October 2025.
